Student Registration Process for Families in Canada with a Work Permit or Study Permit
For students living in British Columba with a parent/legal guardian who has a Work Permit, Study Permit or Refugee status, email permits@deltaschools.ca. If criteria set out by the Ministry and Delta School District are met, a Letter of Acceptance will be issued allowing for registration.

| Proof of residency in Delta | Tenancy agreement (all pages) or purchase agreement |
| Secondary proof of residency | Government issued ID (such as BC Identity card or Driver’s licence) with the parent name and Delta address on it – this address must match the address on the proof of residency document. |
Settlement Workers in Schools Services
If you are a permanent resident or refugee, the Delta Settlement Workers in Schools program is a free, school-based service for any family member who has immigrated to Canada and requires settlement support.
Services offered include:

- Information and orientation
- Connect to community services
