A Message from Doug Sheppard, Superintendent of Schools
As we head into the winter break, I would like to take a moment to say how grateful I am for your hard work, dedication, and the positive energy you bring to our schools to make a real difference every single day. Thank you for supporting our students, our community—and each other—with such care and commitment.
The holiday season is a great time to celebrate and connect with loved ones, but it’s also a chance to slow down and take care of yourself. I hope you take time to enjoy a well-deserved rest and recharge and do the things that bring you joy—whether that’s curling up with a good book, getting outside for fresh air, or simply enjoying some quiet moments.
However you choose to celebrate the season—whether it’s Christmas, Hanukkah, or just enjoying the change of pace—I hope it’s filled with peace, laughter, and relaxation. Wishing you and your loved ones a happy holiday and a wonderful New Year.
