Delta School District is excited to be participating in the 5th Annual Delta Trades and Technical Career Fair on April 27th at Sungod Recreation Center from 9:00 am – 8:00 pm.
The Corporation of Delta in partnership with Delta School District, Vancouver Community College, BCIT, Kwantlen Polytechnic University, and local employers organizes the Delta Trades and Technical Career Fair.
The event includes show stage presentations, and hands on interactive activities with Post-Secondary, Industry, and business organizations. The vision of the event is to educate youth and our community about the many meaningful, well-paying and fulfilling careers available in trades and technical areas. The fair is free and open for the entire community until 8 p.m.
We encourage all parents and students to attend!
New this year starting at 3pm is a cardboard boat ‘build & race’ competition (Gr 10-12’s may apply) put on by the Corporation with great prizes! Also a hiring fair after 3pm.

Of special note, we will be presenting our Apprenticeship Awards at 6:45 pm.
