In our last meeting, Delta School District’s Justice and Equity Consultant, Destine Lord engaged us in learning about oppression and the different types of harm and how to advocate for your child whether they are harm reacting to harm or learning from their mistakes. What key takeaways did you have? Were there any questions you wanted to raise based on your reflections?
This session will be focused on how you can make your home more reflective of the values related to creating belonging. Destine will share strategies for family learning and conversations and sharing different ways families can build relationships and community. Join us on Thursday for more!
