Parents & students are invited to join us for an info session about our 2017-18 District Career & Apprenticeship Programs.
Find out how to apply now for next year, essential skills needed, Labour Market trends, how apprenticeships work, dual credit, benefits, financial opportunities, etc. Learn about CP Work Experience, Apprenticeships, & CTC CADD including the new ‘Youth in Train in Trades’ (formerly ACE IT) and ‘Youth Work in Trades’ (formerly SSA) programs.
Doors open at 6:15, presentation (Library) at 6:30, and Trade Training Facility Tours** start at 7:15.
- Wed. Feb 8 @ South Delta Secondary (no Trade Training Facility Tour)
- Wed. Feb 15 @ Seaquam Secondary (Trade Training Facility Tour for SD37 Automotive Service Technician & Professional Cook)
- Wed. Feb 22 @ North Delta Secondary (Trade Training Facility Tour for BCIT Construction Electrician & SD37 Carpentry)
While the main audience would be grade 9 to 12, K-8 students are welcome!

**Note a Trade Training Facility Tour is an application requirement for the ‘Youth Train in Trades’ programs and applications are generally due before the current spring break for next year’s programs.**
