The North Delta Theatre is available for rent by community user groups on weekends, holidays and in the evenings on school days. One Teacher Liaison and two Student Technicians must be hired for all theatre rentals. The cost of the Teacher Liaison is $45/hour; Student Technicians are $34/hour for two. Student Technicians will assist with the basic sound and lighting requirements of the user group.
The theatre also has two washrooms/dressing rooms backstage. The theatre does not supply walkie-talkie headsets to renters and there are two microphones included in the rental.
The saleable seating capacity of the theatre is 650. All rentals are by the hour and a separate custodial charge for cleaning will apply. A separate custodial charge will apply.
