Seaquam Student Wins First Place UN Young Reporters Competition

Congratulations to grade 9 Seaquam Secondary student Ivy Wang, who has been awarded first place in the International YRE Competition, Senior Video Category, by the United Nations Foundation for Environmental Education (FEE).

As an winner, Ivy’s work will be published in the Huffington Post and in the United Nations Foundation for Environmental Education’s Exposure page.

This year, FEE received a total of 178 finalist entries from 30 countries for the International YRE Competition. This is the largest number of finalist entries FEE has ever received.
